Liza is the organizational advisory founder of Velar Strategies.  She works with founders and senior executives on organizational effectiveness, leadership risk, organizational design, succession, and executive performance, particularly in periods of growth, pressure, and increased complexity.

Her work is informed by extensive experience operating inside fast-moving organizations. Liza brings a disciplined, evidence-informed approach to leadership advisory, grounded in real decision environments rather than theory alone.
